Chapter Leadership

Leadership is one of the defining experiences of membership in the Epsilon Iota Chapter of Kappa Alpha Order. While our Executive Board is responsible for guiding the chapter's vision and daily operations, leadership opportunities extend far beyond elected positions. Members are encouraged to take on committee roles, assist with recruitment, mentor younger brothers, and contribute to the continued growth of the chapter. These experiences allow members to develop valuable skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, financial management, event planning, and decision-making that prepare them for success long after graduation. By providing meaningful opportunities to lead and serve, our chapter helps every brother grow in confidence, accountability, and character while making a lasting impact on the future of the Epsilon Iota Chapter.
